Yellow, blue and purple spots boldly announce the compact red Nissan’s arrival to the party. The license plate reads “S Clown 1,” but it’s not the vanity plate the children notice. It’s the size 7 ½ clown shoes stepping out of the car that sport those same spots along with what’s filling the shoes – Sally the Clown.
