Hip-Hop Storytelling

Corey Torres, a motivational speaker and student advocate out of Green Bay, was brought to Madison Middle School through the Ellen Kort Endowment Fund to do a workshop with students about using hip-hop and spoken word to tell stories. Five students were selected from the workshop to perform their pieces with Torres for students from Columbus Elementary and Appleton Bilingual School.
